So may I sugget below two solutions?
1. If you send me a photo of the 10-piece item yo received this time, I'll send you 12-piece item by express mail at free of charge. You don't have to return the item you have.
2. If you send me a phot of the 10-piece item you received this time, I'll refund the amount of the item and add 10 dollars as a sign of my apology. Of course you don't have to return the item.
