当社ではこのメーカーの製品を今後一切し入れないことを決定しました。お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、これまで同様にお客様の満足を最優先にビジネスに取り組んでまいります。
I would like to start by explaining the cause for this incident.
We have received notices from our clients and confirmed with the seller if the product is genuine.
Their answer was that the product is genuine without any doubt.
However I have also learnt that this manufacturer doesn't make high quality products.
We have decided not to sell any products from this manufacturer in the future.
