If your debit card is no longer in your possession, you should cancel your card immediately by logging into your account and select ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ from the left-hand navigation. Click ‘Manage your card’ underneath the ‘EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard’ header.
From the ‘Manage your card’ page, click the link that reads ‘Report your card lost or stolen’ A prompt will appear asking you to provide a reason for the cancellation. Select the relevant box and click ‘Continue’.
Should you recover the card after this, you will no longer be able to use it, and you should dispose of it properly, by cutting it into two, ensuring you have cut through the chip in addition to the signature strip.
デビットカードを紛失した場合は、直ちにご自身のアカウントにログインし、左側にある、'Prepaid MasterCard'にてカードを停止されることをお勧め致します。'EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard'の下にある、'Manage your card'をクリックします。
'Manage your card'をクリックしたら、'Report your card lost or stolen'と書かれたリンクをクリックし、指示通りに停止の理由を入力して下さい。該当するボックスを選択し、'Continue'をクリックします。
その後、カードを見つけた場合は、ご利用頂けませんので、チップと署名が切れるように2つに切り、適切に破棄して下さい。
