I can recall an occasion of some very low transformer hum (Not on the outputs) which vanished on changing the voltage selector switch and back again, I could not get this problem to materialize prior or during to advertising.
Could this problem have been caused by transit (including altitude change) which I have had no control over.
As a guesture of good will I would consider a contribution of good will payment of GDP £xx.00 towards this faulty component on production of a receipt (scanned)and emailed to xxxx@xxxxx.com
トランスフォーマーに非常に低いハム問題（アウトプットではなく）が、たまに発生したことは覚えていますが、必ず発生したわけでなく、また電圧セレクターを一度切ってからオンにすると問題は解消したので、製品を出品する前、またはその間に、欠陥として認識はされませんでした。
もしかしたら、こちらの手元を離れてから、輸送中に何らかの問題（高度が変わったことも含め）が影響したのかもしれません。
