また、商品にタグがついている場合、タグに書いてある金額と送付状に書いてある金額が合わないと、関税を逃れるために送付状に安い金額を書いていると疑われることがあります。今回は、クリアランスセールで買ったものなので、タグの値段と送付状の金額(実際に私が払った値段)が合いません。ですので、次回の発送では、タグの値段にペンで線を入れて、送付状には私が払った実額を記入してほしいのです。面倒をかけてしまうことになりますが、どうぞよろしくお願いします。

Please be advised that, when total value on the invoice does not match to the price tag on the item, the custom may think it is suspicious. They may think that we are manipulating the invoice in order to avoid paying the duties. The item I bought this time was purchased by clearance sale hence price on the tag did not match the actual amount that I had paid. Could I ask you, from next time, to put stroke line on the price on tag before you pack an item and write the actual paid amount on the invoice? I am sorry for asking you to do this but this will help me a lot. Thank you for your understanding.

Also, if the item has a price tag, the amount of the price tag has to be matched with the value on the packing list; otherwise the custom inspection would suspect that we’re trying to get away the custom duty by listing less expensive value on the packing list. I have purchased these items at clearance sales, so the price of the tag and the value amount on the packing list, which I actually paid, will be different. Therefore, please cross out the amount on the price tag and put the actual paid amount on the packing list for next shipment. I apologize for casing trouble, but greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

In case the item has price tag, it may happen to be suspected to write cheap price on covering sheet to avoid imposing duties if the price of tag and covering sheet is different. I purchased it for clearance price so tag price and covering sheet price (which I actually paid) are different. Therefore I would like you to line out the price on tag and write actual amounts on covering sheet. It may trouble you, but please do it for me.
