私はebayに連絡を取ろうとしましたが、
英語が苦手なので理解できませんでした。
そしてこの問題について他の方法を沢山の時間を使って調べました。
でも解決できませんでした。
ペイパルは日本語のサポートがありましたのでアドバイスをもらいました。私のアドレスにペイパルからインボイスを送ってくれる方法をとってもらえませんか？
あなたに迷惑をかけて本当に申し訳なく思っております。
どうか宜しくお願い致します。

I am sorry.
I tried to contact eBay but my English was not good enough to solve this matter. I really spent a lot of time to find a solution to sort out this matter but I was not successful in doing so. I found Japanese support in PayPal and they gave me advice. Could you please send your invoice to my address from PayPal?
I sincerely feel very bad that I caused such a trouble to you.

I tried to contact eBay, but I was not able to understand with my poor English.
I have researched this issue using many ways and time.
However, I was not able to resolve it.
Since Paypal has customer support service in Japanese, I asked their advice. Could you please send me the invoice to my address from Paypal?
