条件の見直しありがとうございます。納品予定日まで日数があるので、3月20日までに前払い金を支払うことができません。前払いは、確実な出荷日の1週間前にお支払いします。なぜなら、前払いして出荷できない危険を負うことはできません。また、発注以上に入荷した商品に関しては申し訳ないのですが返品させて下さい。そして、今回追加した発注で、前回品番を間違っていた商材は、修正しました。
I appreciate you revising the terms and conditions, thank you. Please note that I am unable to make advanced payment before 20th March, as there are still many days before scheduled delivery date. You will receive the advanced payment one week before confirmed shipping date. I hope you can understand that I am not willing to take risk to find out the products may not be shipped after advanced payment is made. I am sorry for asking this, but please accept me returning products, which I received more quantity than I had ordered. Also please note that, in this additional order, I had amended incorrect material numbers that I had entered previously.
