春夏商品を今月末に必ず入荷しなくてはいけません。メーカーにいつ出荷ができて、そして、オーダーした数に対していくつ出荷可能かという状況を来週中に確認してください。また、20日以降の出荷可能商品は、混載便ではなく、個別輸送で出荷して下さい。
添付ファイルのインボイスにTシャツを3個追加して修正したインボイスを発行してください。恐らく支払い済み請求書の未入荷分の金額になると思います。もし、金額が多い場合はメーカーに問題があったのでディスカウントお願いします。
I absolutely have to have spring-summer products by the end of the month. Please kindly confirm with the manufacturers when they can ship out and how many orders are available for shipping for my order in next week. In addition, for the items that is available for shipment after 20th, please ship by individual shipping(s), not consolidated shipping.
Please revise the attached invoice by adding 3 T-shirts. I assume that the amount will be for the back-ordered portion which invoice was already paid. If the amount is larger than that, I would like you to offer me a discount since it must be a problem on the manufacturers' side.
