おかしいですね。
こちらで確認してもｅｂａｙの登録は日本に変わっていますが…。
ｅｂａｙで何か不具合があったのかもしれません。
ebayで支払い手続きに進んでいくときにも、
発送先を変えるところがありますのでそこで操作してみます。
ですから試しに総額のインボイスを送ってください。
それでもうまく支払手続きができない場合は
他の方法を考えたいと思います。

It may have some troubles with eBay.
When I go to the payment process on eBay, there is a function to change a shipping address, so I will try it there.
So please try to send me the total invoice.
If the payment process doesn't work, I would like to think another way.
