Export paperwork we prepare for you must display the actual price you paid (purchased value) for all items in your package. You may not add a package to a ship request if the price of each item in the package is not displayed. If your package arrived with a merchant invoice showing the price you paid, we will automatically enter this information for you. If your package arrived with no merchant invoice, or if the invoice did not show the price you paid, you must click "Enter Values" and enter the price you paid for all items in the package before you can add the package to a ship request.
お客様の荷物の商品全てについて、弊社が用意する輸出書類にお客様が実際に支払われた金額（購入金額）を記載しなければなりません。荷物のそれぞれの価格が表示されていない場合、配送要求を出すことはできません。お客様の荷物がお客様の支払われた価格が記載された商業インボイスと共に到着した場合、弊社はこの情報を自動で入力いたします。お客様の商品が商業インボイスなしに到着した場合、もしくはお客様の支払われた価格の記載が無い場合、配送要求を出される前にお客様が「価格入力」をクリックされ、荷物内の商品全ての価格を入力する必要があります。
