I also sent an email out addressing your questions and should know ETA and prices for the accessories. I've had a package in limbo a few times and they generally get scanned after a trace is sent out. I've never lost a package entirely and expect this will show up in Chicago, ( and not I'm Australia ) I'll get back tomorrow
