As I knew that Skrill which is the payment method which you designated deals with eBay and I could make a payment with credit card even if I do not have an account at the moment of payment, I bidded you item. However, at the last moment of the payment, en error message is displayed saying that I can only make a payment up to USD 2038.80 due to systemic shortcoming.
