今回のCsの後に私が受けた追加Sで、私は自分の「助けを得たいが、いかにして助けを拒絶するのか」をBと共に見た。そういう拒絶を持ちながら助けを求めた場合に他者はその人を助けようとするかという結果をBから考える様に言われた。その後現実の人間関係の中で「それでなければだめだ」と受け取らないでいる自分の状態を私は何度もBと共にWした
そして、他人を通して自分を見る時も自分を不十分と感じる時のどちらも、不十分という感覚を引き起こすBが如何に自分に深くしみついているのかに気が付いた
I saw my "Want to get help but how to refuse the help" with B at additional S after I took Cs for this time. I was told to think of the result that would people help me if I call for help having such refusal. After that, I did W numerous time about my condition that I don't accept it thinking "It must be it" in real human relationship, with B.
Then I realize how deep B which cause the feeling of incomplete, is into myself both of the time I see myself through other people's view and I feel myself as incomplete.
