いくつかのプログラムでは、参加者の名前以外に身長や体重、体格、既往症やアレルギーを事前にお尋ねしています
In the programs that our school provides, we analyze risk factors from various points of view through a process to take safety measures against, reflect them for our program administration with leaders, and build the safety management system. This is not the direction for "contractional action" based on the thought such as "a wise man keep away from danger" or "the field service is dangerous", but our policy to pursue a maximum educational effect in each field service and have you enjoy nature.
In some programs, we ask about heights, weights, builds, previous illnesses and allergies, in addition to the name of the participants beforehand.
安全対策とは「事前に安全や危険に対する策」を講じること、言わば事故を未然に防ぐための作戦と言えるでしょう。当社では、万が一を想定し全ての指導者が各プログラムにおける危険因子をプロとして共通認識し、組織的な応急救護体制と緊急時対応が出来るよう、随時社内外研修を実施しています。不慮の事故と真正面から向き合う「態度」と「姿勢」が真の「安全教育」を実現させます。

全ての指導者は、国連下部組織世界安全機構をはじめ先進諸国の公的機関公認であるＭＦＡ（メディックファーストエイド）の応急手当ライセンス保持者です。一般生活環境における応急手当技術のみならず、小児対応、緊急酸素、ＡＥＤ、低体温症、感染症の他、緊急の現場で即応するために生きた安全管理技術を目指し様々な場面でのレスキュー訓練を実施しています。また、各プログラムにおいて、発生すると考えられる事故を熟慮し、発症しうる怪我に対応するためのファーストエイドキットを全ての指導者が携行しています
All the instructors have first aid treament license of MFA, which is publicly authorized institution of developed countries and world safety organization affiliated with United Nations.
To handle children, emergency oxygen, AED, hypothermia, infection, we aim to use technology of first-aid in life in general but also safety control technology that can be used on the spot at emergency where we train various rescue scenes.
In each program, we consider accident that might happen well, and all the instructors have the first-aid kit to handle injury that might happen.

プログラムに配置される指導者数は、プログラムの安全管理や教育（効果）的な部分に大きく影響すると考えられています。当社のプログラムに配置する基本的な指導者の数は各プログラムのご案内でお示ししている通りですが、これはあくまでもガイドラインとして考えています。安全面において、荒天と晴天、アクティビティーの難易度、障害者参加等々、
多様多元な要因によって考えられる適切な指導者やそれらの数を配置しフレキシブルに対応します。
The appropriate "number of instructors per participants"...The quality over the number. The number of instructors placed at each program affects greatly on its safety management and the education. The number or instructors for every program is listed on our brochure but please be noted that this is just a guideline. We will be flexible. The safety, the weather, the degree of difficulty of the activities, the number of handicapped participants are some of the elements that affect us in making the best decision in selecting the right number of instructors.

There has been an issue of protecting one's personal information and we have seen some cases in which mutual efforts can not be expected. This is, however, the company policy to take precautions. Knowing the exact information regarding the number of participants and their jacket sizes when canoeing, the decisions on the best choice of mountain bike sizes and styles, the preparation of meals that are non-allergic and the appropriate number of instructors, trainers to carry on the experience safely, are some but various ways that we practice as safety measures for all the programs we host.
