Once I receive your reply, I will contact some of sellers in US and a consultant in eBay by email to check whether, in this kind of case, buyer’s request could not be met or not. Also, to ask if my case was such a troublesome to deal with. I would have thought that my request to switch to the verified address in eBay would be a simple one. If eBay admits that it needs to improve its service and it is possible to do so, then I will repeatedly go after eBay for a settlement of this matter, which customer’s request was totally disregarded.

As soon as I receive a reply from you, I will contact some sellers in the U.S. and a consultant of eBay by email. I will ask them if, in the case like mine, the requests from a buyer is neglected even with the best effort, if I'm asking too much, and if it does not make any sense when I asked them to exchange the email address with the one authenticated by Paypal. If it will turn out that there is a room for improvement, I will ask eBay to show me how they are going to deal with this neglect of requests from a customer time and time again.
