I wanted to follow up with you on my earlier email. We have your pens packed up and ready to ship. We need to hear back from you regarding the delivery address before we can ship the pens. We can ship them to your billing address. Otherwise we need you to contact American Express and verify with them the shipping address you provided us so they can add it as a verify address.
