Thank you for your offer. I think $1950 is a very good price for this beautiful amplifier in the US or Europe. I do believe that you can sell the amplifier to somebody there. Unfortunately I cannot spend that much money.
From Google I know that there are many sellers in Japan offer Ortofon Amp from ¥142,000 ($1440). The most expensive is for ¥152,800 (or $1543). I think that I will be able to get a new amp for less than $1600 plus shipping. However, I would prefer to buy from eBay.
I would offer you $1650 for the amp.
