4,顔にスチームをあてる
● 顔がノズル先端から20 cm以上
離れているか確認する
距離感がわかりにくいときは、
付属の「距離の目安ガイド」を
使用する
● スチームを顔全体にあてたいときは、
アゴの上あたりからあてる
● スチームに顔の位置が
合わせにくいときは、テーブルやイス、
の高さで調整する

4, Put steam on the face
● Please ensure face is at least 20 cm away from the nozzle tip
If it is difficult to approximate the distance,
please use the "approximate guide to distance" that comes with it
● If you want to expose the whole face to the steam,
start with top area of the jaw
● If you have difficulty adjusting the steam with the position of the face,
please adjust the height of the table or chair
