私は、このケースについて、” close the case”を間違って”Escalated”を選択してしまっている事に気づきました。” close the case”をクリックしても、ケースを終了することが出来ません。

In regards to the "open case" status of Item no: 251303556896.
Regarding this case, I mistook "escalated" for "close the case" and selected it by accident. Even if I click "close the case", the case will not end.
