弊社による本フィルターボードの基板制作、実装にて不具合がおきた時、それに伴い破損した部材費用、並びにそれに関わった人件費等のご請求は免責とさせていただきます。
本商品は、弊社の実装が正しくても動作しない事が考えられます。例えば部品が不良品である場合や以前納入したフィルタボードが弊社の関わりの無い所で実装後の基板に改造が加わっている場合など。
その他、不慮の事故が不幸にもおきました場合には弊社間でのお互いの誠意をもって対応することでお願いします。
不具合に対して再発防止に努めます。
Please understand that we will be indemnified against any material and labor cost, if there should be any trouble after our company makes and mounts the filter board PCB.
We believe there is a possibility that this product may function properly, even if our company's mounting is conducted correctly. For instance, a part may be defective, or the previously delivered filter board PCB could have been modified after the mounting without our knowledge.
In case other types of potential incidents may inadvertently occur, we ask for your consent that the parties shall mutually handle the situation in good faith.
We will make our efforts to prevent a recurrence of the issue.
