日本語を話さないと失礼に当たるのでしょうか?についてですが失礼にはなりません。
日本で日本人のお客様に対してビジネスをするのであれば日本語で話したほうが親近感がわくと思いますが出来なくても通訳という方法もありますし、メールでやりとりをする場合では翻訳サイトやネイティブ翻訳者に依頼するということで解決出来ると思います。
実際、私を含め日本人のほとんどの人達は英語が出来ないですから、日本人とビジネスをするから日本語を話せないと失礼と思うことはまずありません。
