Hi, I just received the box, but unfortunately the carton box is damaged and I had to pay Euro 50,- extra for import tax.
This is a real bummer....please advice.

こんにちは、荷物を受け取りましたが、残念ながら箱は損傷しており、更に輸入税として余分に５０ユーロを支払わなければなりませんでした。
本当に残念です・・・・何か助言はありますか？
