Our first option is to contact the shipper (UPS) and file a claim. They may contact you to set up a time to come inspect or pick up the item and all the packing material.The other possible option is that we can contact the consignor, explain the issue and ask for a partial refund. The consignor may or may not approve this option. (If you want us to ask, how much should we ask for?)
