I was just wondering if the package was dispatched already and when can I expect it.

③For an unknown reason, the device is no longer working (it has always been used normaly and never suffered from any choc) It cannot be powered on (the red LED light blinks and nothing happen). I tried to contact the KORG after sales services in France through their website about a week ago but got no reply.
Please inform me how to proceeed to get this device repaired.

③理由は分かりませんが、機械がもう動きません（普通に使用し、決して choc のような使用はしていません）。 スイッチが入らない状態です（赤いLEDランプが点滅し、うんともすんともいいません）。 フランスにあるアフターサービスであるKORGに1週間ほど前にウェブサイト上で連絡をとりましたが、返事が返ってきません。
どうか、この機械をどこに修理に頼めばいいのか教えてください。
