Hello.

I have purchased helmets from you on continuous basis.
I got a notification from Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to make a registration.

To examine your helmets' safety to sell them in Japan would need much cost unless it is done at some Japanese factory certified by Japanese Consumer Product Safety Association.

Then I want to ask you the following.
Are the items sold in your shop get certification from a factory certified by Japanese Consumer Product Safety Association?
If not, as I run my shop personally, I cannot bear a large cost for safety examination. I must, therefore, resign to treat your items.
I would appreciate your valuable suggestion.
Thank you.

I have been regularly purchasing helmets from you for some time however I was recently contacted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry here in Japan. It seems that I must register in order to continue selling your helmets. By selling your helmets here in Japan, I will have to spend a lot of money to have them inspected if they are not produced at a factory authorized by Japan's Consumer Product Safety Association. Therefore I need to ask whether your helmets are produced by a factory authorized by this association?

If they are not produced by an authorized factory, then I will unfortunately have to stop selling them as I can't afford to pay for the authorization inspections as an individual operator.

If you have any advice on this matter I would very much appreciate it. Its always a pleasure working with you, thank you very much.

Hello.

I've been purchasing your helmets regularly.
Now the Ministry of Economy in Japan has ordered us to register them in order to sell.

They need to be tested for certification to sell unless they are manufactured in factories certified by the Consumer Product Safety Association (CPSA) of Japan.

Here's what I'd like to ask you.

Are your products manufactred in CPSA factories?

If not, I will have to give up dealing with your goods because I'm just a private shop owner and can't afford the big expense needed for the testing.

I'd be glad if you have any tip of advice for me.
Thank you.

Thank you for the business.

We regularly purchase the helmet from your company.
But Japanese METI(Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) contacted us for the registration of the helmet.

In order to sell your helmet in Japan, we need to examine the helmet by the safety inspection measure.
Unless you do that at the factory of CPSA(Consumer Product Safety Association), it will cost too much.

Are those products in your shop were examined by the factory of CPSA?

If not, I cannot sell the helmet in Japan, since the inspection fee is costly to me.

Is there any advice, please let me know.

Have contact from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.that You must contact for registration.

To sale your helmet in Japan, it must have certified factory of Consumer Product Safety Association of Japan otherwise Large cost will be taken for inspection.

So I want to ask you.

Have products from your shop certified factory Consumer Product Safety Association of Japan?

if you are not certified factory, a big expense in the certification test will be necessary As I have been doing in the individual therefore I want to give up the sale.

Please advice me something. Thank you.
