I received contact from JAPAN POST EMS.
Delivery has not been completed,
because there seemed to a fire where the goods stocked in your country.
It seems that goods sent after April would be delayed.
Sorry for the trouble,
but could you confirm with EMS office in your country?

I have received a contact from JAPAN POST EMS.
The shipment has not been completed yet because the fire broke out at the place handling the shipment in your country.
The goods shipped in April and later have been delayed in delivery due to this.
