If you use Rakuten Secure Payment Service, you can view the site using Rakuten ID which you've already acquired without registering your ID with our company. We won't be able to confirm the ID you're using, therefore, we cannot transfer the points between other settlements and Rakuten Secure Payment Service and cannot transfer the stage levels.
Please note that you cannot use both the points on our website and Rakuten points based on our regulations. So we won't be able to provide you with points and you won't be able to use service with points including points transfer. Thank you.

You can use Rakuten Safe Pay service without registering your ID with us and you can use the Rakuten ID you have received already, to browse the site.
Since we do not verify the ID used, please note that we will not be able to transfer the points or stage levels between other payment modes and Rakuten Safe Pay service.
