①With regard to your statements, you will always see the last date of the statement appear as the first day of the next statement to allow for orders that are confirmed before and after the cut off on that date for the report.
For example if the cut off is 9am UK time, then any orders processed before 9am on May 5th will appear in the report for 21 Apr 2013-5 May 2013, while any orders processed after 9am UK time May 5th will appear in the statement 5 May 2013-19 May 2013.
If you want to look at the transaction details for different date ranges you can do it as follows:
販売レポートの見方ですが、レポートに記載されている最後の日付が次のレポートの最初の日付とダブっていますが、これはレポートに記載するための締めの時間の前後の受注を分けているからです。
例えば、イギリス時間午前９時が締めだとすると、５月５日の午前９時までに受け付けた注文は2013年4月21日～5月5日までのレポートにあがって来ます。が、イギリス時間5月5日の午前9時以降に処理された注文は5月5日～5月19日のレポートに入ります。
これとは違う期間の取引状況がご覧になりたい場合は以下のとおりです。
②1. Go to Reports -> Payments and click on 'Transaction View.
2. Where 'Within' is written in black choose 'Custom date Range' and input the specific dates for which you want to see your sales transactions.
3. You also have the option to use 'Filter View By' which will allow you to see your transaction by type, such as - Order Payments, Service Fees, A-Z Claims, Paid to An etc.
②1. Reports 画面から Payments に行き、「Transaction View」をクリックしてください。
2. 「Within」が黒字で書かれているところで、「Custom date Range」を選び、お客様の販売取引をご覧になりたい日付を入力してください。
3. 「Filter View By」の機能を使うことも可能で、ここから、以下のようなタイプごとの取引をご覧頂けます。Order Payments, Service Fees, A-Z Claims, Paid to An 等
