返品は可能ですが、故障ではなくカメラの仕様上の原因がいくつか考えられます。
１、お買い上げ直後はフル充電されていませんので、カメラに電池を入れた後にフル充電して下さい。
２、オートパワーオフ機能が作動した可能性があります。この機能は電池の消耗を抑えるため、一定時間操作しないと電源が切れます。
設定手順：【MENU】→SETTINGタブ→オートパワーオフ
設定できる値：２分/５分/１０分（再生モードでは５分に固定されます）
まずはこれら２つをご確認下さい。

It is possible to return the goods, however it is also be possible that the camera isn't broken, but that the problem lies in the usage of the camera.
1. The camera isn't fully charged out of the box, so please charge it completely after inserting the battery.
2. The 'auto power off' function could be running. In order to save electricity, this function causes the electricity to turn off when the camera isn't used for a certain amount of time.
Set-up procedure: ''Menu'' -> Settings Tab -> Auto power-off
Options to pick from: 2 minutes/ 5 minutes/ 10 minutes (In playback mode the setting is fixed on 5 minutes).
Please try out these two options first.
