I have handed in the printouts for tomorrow. I've spoken with the staff from Fukuoka and they said that the event will end an hour later than we thought so would it be possible for you to push back the dinner you've planned with your friends a little bit more? I will make the on-site staff see again if they can't make it end a little sooner. It's the last stop on the Fukuoka line so if you go by bullet train it will take about ● hours and it will take a little more time to go by regular train but I think we'd be okay if we're a little late.
