私が注文をした時には書類の提出の連絡を貰っていません。
商品代金を支払いが完了したら発送していただけるとの連絡だけでした。
到着を待ちましたが、届かないので連絡をしました。あなたからは書類がないから送れないとの返事でした。
注文をした時に書類の提出を連絡してくれれば、すぐに提出して商品を受け取ることができました。
支払いをしてから20日以上経っている為、クレジットカードの支払い期限がきても商品は届かないでしょう。
今回は一度キャンセルをしていただきpaypalへの払い戻しを希望します。
I was not told about submitting the document when I placed the order. I was just told that the item would be shipped once payment is completed.
I waited for the item to arrive but it did not come. Hence I contacted you and then you responded saying you would not ship it because there’s no document.
If you have told me about the document right when I placed the order, I could have submitted it immediately and could have received the item. Because it’s been more than 20 days since I made the payment, the item would not arrive when my payment to the credit card is due.
For this time I would like to cancel the order and request a refund to my PayPal account.
