私は学校の設備を充実させることに賛成です。
学校の設備を整えることは、生徒や教師が学習、教育に専念するために重要だと思います。
今の時代では考えられないかもしれませんが、私の小学校には、エアコンがありませんでした。
気温のせいで、生徒の集中力や、学習効率も落ちていたかもしれません。
生徒だけでなく教師にも同じことが言えたと思います。

I agree with bringing the facilities of the school up to the standard.
I think that developing the school facilities is important, so students and teachers can give their undivided attention to learning and education.
These times, it may not be thought of, but in my elementary school, there was no air conditioning.
Because of the temperature, the concentration of students and learning efficiency might have fallen.
I think it can be said for not just students but the same goes for teachers as well.

I agree with the idea of improving the facilities at school.
To enhance the school facilities is important for students and teachers to concentrate on studies and educations.
This might be hard for you to imagine nowadays, we didn't have air conditioners at our primary schools.
Due to the temperature swings, students might find it hard to focus on studies.
Same thing could apply to the teachers, aside from students.
