A custom made thumb screw (metric M3) secures the interface to the recorder and provides the key for the propper connection to the terminal.The interface unit provides two 1/8" female input connectors for (2) microphones and one 1/8"-STEREO input connector to the Attenuator. A sliding switch activates the PLAY or RECording mode by means of a mechanical connection to the recorders micro switch. An LED indicates when recording is turned on.The attenuator pair is closely designed to GE's recommendations for controlling input levels.The interface unit and the wire assembly are designed and made in California, USA, by a German engineer.
オリジナル作成のネジ（メートル法のM3)が、インターフェイスとレコーダーをしっかり固定することでターミナルとの接続を確保する。インターフェイスにはマイク2台がつなげる1/8インチの凹型コネクタ２つと、アッテネータ（減衰器）用1/8インチのステレオコネクタを1つ装備。プレイ/録音の切り替えはスライド式スイッチでレコーダーのマイクロスイッチへの機械的な接続を実現。録音中はLEDがお知らせ。２つのアッテネータはGE社のインプットレベル・コントロールに関する推奨に準拠。インターフェースとワイヤーassyはいずれもドイツ人技師によりアメリカ・カリフォルニアで設計製造されたものです。
