If we as a supplier chose the option "Format for electronic transfer of Substance Declaration", we provide a detailed substance declaration for our Products which contain Declarable Substances via an electronic format defined by Siemens. We ensure that this substance declaration is kept up-to-date.
Note: The obligation of the supplier to keep the detailed substance declaration up to date includes, for example, that supplier updates within 4 weeks such declaration in the event relevant changes in the Substance Regulations or changes in the LoDS occur. One of the effects of this is that supplier is also obligated to keep up to date with respect to changes in the Substance Regulations or the LoDS.
弊社がサプライヤとして「化学物質申告の電子転送用にフォーマット」のオプションを選択した場合、弊社製品に含まれる申告を要する科学物質を含む、化学物質の詳細申告を、Siemensに定義された電子形式で提供します。弊社はこの科学物質の申告が最新のものであることを認証します。
注：サプライヤが化学物質の申告に最新の情報を含む義務には、例えば、化学物質の規制またはLoDSに変更が発生した場合に、4週間内に申告を更新することを含みます。これには、サプライヤ自身が、化学物質の規制またはLoDSの変更に準拠して内容を更新する義務を負うことを要請するという目的があります。
