しかし、必要なケアをせずに、不安のある時はサプリメントを増やすという事をしてきて、うまくいかなかった。今後は、そういった悪循環を自分自身で止める事が出来る様になると思う。
Oタイプの見捨てられた感覚の強い、とてもケアを必要としているタイプのCtだと私は思う。
忍耐と共に私はCtの感じたくない感情により一緒にCtの感覚と共にいる事ができると思う。
私はクライアントの全体とより一緒にいる事ができると思う。
