何も変化しない事への恐れ。結果を手放して、そのクライアントに必要な事が起こる様にHSにゆだねる。

あきらめやMaskによって、私はオーラのレベルに入った。
その後、私はHaraに集中する為のエクササイズ(身体を動かさない)をした。
私は2、3回トライして、30秒程かけてHaraに徐々に戻る事があった。
私がハラとオーラの割合を変える事にもっと慣れてきたら、自分の感情を感じたりにハラ戻ったりする事がスムースにできる様になると思う。

Fear to no change for anything. Releasing the result, and commend to HS for necessary things to happen to the client.

I got into aura level by resignation and Mask.
After that, I did exercises (not physical) to concentrate to Hara.
Sometimes I try 2 or 3 times and go back to Hara little by little taking 30 seconds.
I think that if I got used to change ratio of Hara and Aura much more than now, I will be able to feel my feelings and go back to Hara smoothly.
