今日は成長するためのコツをお話します。
私が考える、成長するためのコツは「人のせいにしないこと」です。
例えば、「私は悪くないが、みんなが悪い」と言ってはいけないということです。
みんなが悪いと決めてしまえば、自分は努力する必要がありません。
努力しなければ成長することはありません。
まわりのみんなは、自分を映し出す鏡です。
まわりのみんなのことを悪いと思っている人は、自分も同じように思われています。

I'll talk about a hint to success today.
Key to be a better business person that I think is "not to blame on others".
For example, you should not say "I'm not to be blamed, others are".
If you think others are responsible, you don't need to put effort.
If you don't you never grow up.
People around you are the mirror of yourself.
If you think others are bad, they think of you the same way.
頻繁に人の悪口を言うひとは、同じように悪口を言われていることが多いです。
チームで何かうまくいかないことがあったら、まずは自分を改善しましょう。
自分の力でチームを良くしていきましょう。
自分が変われば、チームが変わります。
チームが変われば会社が変わり、会社が変われば社会が変わります。
社会が変われば、国を動かすことができるかもしれません。
そこまでできれば、みなさんは偉大な人間になっているでしょう。
Often times, people who talk bad about others, they are also talked bad about.
Improve yourself if your team has some troubles.
Make the team better with your power.
If you change, your team will also change.
If the team changes, the company will also change. If the company changes, society will also change.
If society changes, countries might change.
You would be a great person by the time you have done that.
