昇竜は上野のアメ横商店街の中にある、人気の大衆中華料理店です。本店はJR線のガード下にあります。いつも行列ができていますが、回転が早いので少し並べば中に入れます。
これだけ大きな餃子が4個で450円です。
皮はかなり厚め。モチモチした食感と底のカリッとした食感が両方楽しめます。野菜中心の餡は、さっぱりした味付けでニンニクも入っていません。
天龍や泰興楼と違って、ゆっくり食事を楽しむ雰囲気ではないですが、美味しい餃子を餃子をお腹一杯食べたいときにはオススメです。
Syouryu is a popular Chinese restaurant, in the Ameyoko shopping street in Ueno. The original restaurant is under the JR overpass. There is always a line but the rotation of customers is fast so you can go inside after a short wait.
Four of these huge gyoza are only 450 yen.
The wrap is very thick. You can enjoy both the chewy and crispy texture at once. The filling is mainly vegetables, lightly seasoned without garlic.
It is not a place to take time and enjoy the meal like Tenryu and Taikourou, but it is a great place if you want to eat a hearty meal of delicious gyoza.
