昇竜は上野のアメ横商店街の中にある、人気の大衆中華料理店です。本店はJR線のガード下にあります。いつも行列ができていますが、回転が早いので少し並べば中に入れます。
これだけ大きな餃子が4個で450円です。
皮はかなり厚め。モチモチした食感と底のカリッとした食感が両方楽しめます。野菜中心の餡は、さっぱりした味付けでニンニクも入っていません。
天龍や泰興楼と違って、ゆっくり食事を楽しむ雰囲気ではないですが、美味しい餃子を餃子をお腹一杯食べたいときにはオススメです。

Shouryuu is a popular Chinese food spot, located in Ueno, Ame-yoko shopping arcade. The main shop is under the JR railroad tracks. There is always a line before our shop, but the rotation is fast, so you will be able to get into the shop if you wait for a bit.
Gyouza of this size are 450JPY for four.
The dough is quite thick. They can be enjoyed for both the springy feel and the crunchiness of their bottom part. The vegetable filling gives them a refreshing flavor and they contain no garlic.
It might not be a place with an atmosphere allowing slow enjoying of the food, like in Tenryuu or Taikourou, but when you are in a mood to eat gyouza until you're full, this is my recommended place.
