１は、実際に使おうとして発見しました。あなたは、嘘の商品説明をしました。上記３点の補償として、１００ドルの返金を請求します。一刻も待てません。返事がなければ、直ちにクレーム手続きをします。評価も、相当厳しいものになると、覚悟して下さい。
The item that was shipped was not brand new.
There are three things that make this clear.
1 The prongs on the plug are bent and not usable.
2 The remote is not in its cover.
3 There is no demonstration CD.
I noticed 1 when I went to actually use it. Your product description was incorrect. Based on the three points above I would like a $100 refund. I expect this immediately. If I do not get a response then I will file a complaint right away. In that case I will have no choice but to leave harsh feedback.
