I apologize for the late reply, but Atsushi has recently replaced Ken.
As Ken may have told you, we will be sending back 4 defective products that were returned by our clients.
Please let me know if your firm has a DHL account or an EMS account so that we can ship COD.
If you do not have one, please reimburse the shipping cost and the cost of the products.
I hope to keep buying from you, but I have been busying with dealing with quality issues and claims as there are so many defective products.
They are basically simple errors such as missing parts and wrong products.
