Thank you for your co-operation. This book will be translated into English and will be published as electric books. It might take one or two months, yet we will send you finished product. We will send a book in Japanese to your office as soon as possible. So please have a look for your information. We will also attach a testimonial from Mr / Ms Okamoto and other testimonials for American publishers. Please also have a look on those for your information.

Thank you for your help. I'll have the book translated into English and then make it an electronic book. It may take one or two months. I'll send it to you through the mail when it is completed. I'm quickly going to send the book in Japanese to your office for reference. I'm also enclosing a couple of letters of recommendation for publishers in the U.S. written by recommenders including Mr. Okamoto for your information together with the book.

It may take 1 to 2 months but we will send you when it is done by e-mail. Hastily, I will send you Japanese books to your office so look them for reference, please. And I will attach the recommendations for Mr. Okamoto and some others of American publisher. Please look them for your reference also.
