ダイヤルは引っかかりがあり、少ししか回りません。
活版が外れている為、挟む部分が上に曲がって引っかかっています。
機械のカバーを外せばわかると思いますが、
ダイヤルの外し方が分かりません。
いずれにしても、修理、交換が必要となります。
お客さんを待たせていますので、まずは代返機を送って下さると助かります。

The dial won't turn smoothly. It only turns a little bit.
Because the type is not in place, there is a bump in the amounting place.
If you remove the machine cover, you will find out how to remove the dial but I don't know how to remove the dial. Anyhow it must be repaired and replaced.
Since my customer is waiting now, I appreciate if you send me a replacement machine.

The dial can turn only a little due to some catch.
As a printing part is out of place, the grasping part comes upward and catches something.
Perhaps I can see the condition if I can take of the cover of the machine.
But I don’t know how to take of the dial.
At any rate fixing by exchanging some parts is necessary.
As the customer is waiting, I would appreciate it if you send off an alternative machine.
