google翻訳は非常に優秀ですが、理解できない日本語に変換される事も多く、
ビジネスレベルでは利用できません。
私は英語の読み書きがほとんど出来ないため、このメッセージは有料の翻訳サービス
を利用して書いています。実際の開発を行うとなると毎回翻訳サービスを使用すると
膨大なコストがかかるため、日本語を読み書きできるプログラマを募集しています。

google translate is excellent, but there are many cases when it translates into Japanese which cannot be understoood, so I cannot use it for business level.
As I hardly can read and write in English, I'm paying for translation service to write this message. When I actually start developing, it'll cost huge amount to use translation service every time, so I'm looking for a programmer who can read and write Japanese.
