先日、最後の在庫となるAを販売しました。
しかし、B接続部の穴が小さいため
2本のJibを接続できないとお客からクレームが来ました。
私は穴の大きい新しいBを送りますと伝えました。
しかしお客は翌日に撮影を控えていたため、
新しいB接続部の到着を待てないという理由で
前方のBを削って使用することになってしまいました。
今日お客の要望に応じて、Cの前方のBを取り外してお客に送りました。
よって1台のCで、前方のBが不足している状況です。
今回の注文分と同梱して送って頂たいです。

However, our customer complained that the hole at the B's connector was too small such that the two jibs couldn't be connected.
We informed the customer that we would send a new B with a bigger hole.
However, because the customer couldn't wait for the new B connector due to a filming session scheduled for the next day, we had to use it by drilling the front B.
Per our customer's request, we took off a B in front of C and sent it to the customer today.
Therefore, we are currently missing a B in front of one C. We would appreciate it if you can send the missing B in the package for this order.
