I received the item. Do you recall my e-mail regarding the shipping cost few days ago? I was billed ￡21 for shipping but the actual shipping cost was about ￡11 with signature confirmation. I think double the actual shipping cost is too much even considering some handling fee. Please explain this again. Best Regards,
