日本では、箱を含めた付属品全て揃って新品と言います。
付属品が無かったり、箱が破損している場合、新品として販売することはできません。
次回以降、次の2点を徹底していただきたいと思います。
1.なるべくキレイな状態の商品を優先的に選ぶ
2.輸送中に箱が破損しないよう、厳重に梱包をする
ほとんどの場合、上記2点を徹底していただくことにより、リスクを最小限に抑えることができます。
また、オイル漏れが懸念される商品に関しては、キャップの緩みやパッケージの破損等がないかを確認お願いします。
In Japan, brand new means you have everything including the accessories and the box.
We cannot sell as brand new if an accessory is missing or the box is damaged.
In the future, please fully check the following.
1. Choose the items that look fine and undamaged first.
2. Be thorough when packing the items to prevent damage to the boxes.
In most cases, paying attention to these two points above can minimize the risk.
Additionally, please check for loose caps and damages in packaging for the products that can possibly leak oil.
