このような商品を新品として売るのは不当です。
早急に新品の商品を送るか、全額（一部）返金してください。

When I checked it, I found many damages in whole. There are some wrinkles, and it looks used. It doesn't look brand new at all.
It has no legitimate basis to sell products like this one as brand new.
I request you to send me a brand new one or refund me the total amount (or portion) ASAP.
