We have reviewed the designs and what we think is that these are textile patterns.

In Blue Pottery, it is difficult to get the intricacy that can be done on textile.

Therefore, we would request you to either send us a swatch so that we can take some clue of the design from that and make it on pottery or if you could send us a clearer picture, we could make it close to what you have sent us.

The idea is to take an inspiration from what you have sent us and apply it on the pottery keeping the pottery’s property in mind.

私たちの方でデザインを拝見いたしました。これらのデザインは、おそらくテキスタイルのパターンだと思われます。

ブルーポッテリー（青い陶器）では、テキスタイルでは可能なような複雑なデザインを取り入れるのは難しいです。

つきましては、そのデザインを切り取った見本かデザインがよく写った写真をお送りくださいますようお願いいたします。デザインの見本をお送りいただきますと、それを手がかりとし陶器の表面をお創りいたします。あるいはデザインがよく写った写真をお送りいただけますと、その写真になるべく近いデザインの陶器の表面をお創りいたします。

お送りいただけました見本や写真からインスピレイションをいただきまして、お客様のご意向に近い陶器をお創りしたいというのが私の狙いです。

Blue Potteryでは、模様が複雑で布地に施すのは難しいです。

ですから、私たちが陶磁器に施せるように何らかのヒントを得られるようなサンプルを送っていただくか、もっと分かりやすい写真を送っていただければ、それに近いものを施すことができるかと思います。

私たちの考えは、陶磁器の質を保つために、あなたから送っていただいたものからひらめきを得て、それを陶磁器に応用してすることなのです。
