【1】当店が販売したかったのは、

この商品の1パック入りの物でしたが、間違えて10パック入りの商品ページで販売してしまいました。
【2】それに気付かず、10パック入りの商品を購入して頂いたお客様に、1パック入りの商品を送ってしまいました。

Regarding Filed A-to-z Claim Rate,
[1] What we wanted to sell was

1 pack of this item, however we sold it on 10 packs item page by mistake.
[2] We didn't notice that and we sent 1 pack item to our customer who bought 10 packs.
【3】9パック不足のクレームを頂いたので、全額返金をして、送った1パックをプレゼントしました。
【4】対応策として、現在出荷担当者は1人ですが、2人にして、発送時に商品検品と注文内容のチェックを2重でするよう強化します。
【5】現在出品中の商品については、問題のある出品物はありません。
今後は同じ事がないように、再発防止策を実施していきますので、
販売権限停止の解除をご検討いただけますでしょうか。

【3】 We'd recerived complain about shotage of nine packs. We refund cash-in-full and sent one pack to express our apologetic.
【4】 Now our company's person in charge of shipping is only one. We will strength our check system that inspection and containts check using two employees when we send our product.
【5】 We don't have any problems about product which we are selling.
Same thing will never happen in the future, so I continue to implement measures to prevent recurrence,
